This website at https://www.tapefreepatterns.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by TFP Printworks LLC, d/b/a Tape-Free Patterns, operating as Tape Free Patterns ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

You acknowledge that we function solely as a print-on-demand service and do not verify ownership or licensing of submitted files. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our owners, and our employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your submitted content, including but not limited to allegations of copyright or trademark infringement.
6. Customer Reviews and Testimonials
We value honest customer feedback. The following terms apply to reviews, ratings, and testimonials submitted through the Site or through our third-party review providers.
We publish customer reviews as submitted. We do not edit the wording, star rating, or substance of any review, and we do not remove, withhold, or suppress reviews based on their rating or sentiment. We do not offer payment, discounts, or other incentives in exchange for reviews, and we do not condition any review on its being positive.
We may redact or withhold review content only under the criteria below, which we apply equally to all reviews regardless of star rating or whether the review is favorable or unfavorable:

If you purchase any products or services from us, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with those products or services. The website uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
